Shipping policy

Dispatch within 2-4 working days after full payment is received . There are two options of shipping , Russian mail 25$ delivery time from 2 weeks to more than 30 days (Australia , Canada ) . Courier service EMS 45$ , the delivery time from 1-2 weeks .Will provide a tracking number . To send I need your phone number . Toys come from a home where no smoke ! Toys Packed in strong carton ,or gift bag .

Returns policy

I'm sorry , but the author's job exchange and non-refundable . If you got a job in a damaged condition I will need evidence - photos of the damaged packaging made upon receipt by the certificate of the employee of the post office that the package is damaged and a photo of the toy when unpacking . Be careful when receiving the goods !
